Sam provides individual, group, and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Sam utilizes a client-centered approach to therapy, incorporating elements of cognitive-behavioral, narrative, humanistic, and strengths-based therapies. Sam strives to provide a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic environment which can be tailored to fit the unique needs and concerns of every individual.
Sandy provides individual, couples, and family therapy to children, teens and adults. She values the therapeutic relationship with clients, and offers support and guidance while working toward achieving their personal goals. Sandy is a MN Board Approved Clinical Supervisor and provides individual and group supervision for those therapists working toward independent licensure.
